Saloni is a Gender & Digital Economies Strategy Consultant at Caribou, where she works on the learning partnership with Gates Foundation’s Women’s Economic Empowerment program. With extensive experience at the intersection of gender and technology, she specializes in program strategy and management, monitoring and evaluation, partnership building, and communications. Previously, at GSMA she delivered data-driven strategic recommendations to mobile network operators to close the digital gender gap in their customer base. Before this, she led the Mobile Technology Program at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women supporting women entrepreneurs to start, sustain, and grow sustainable businesses using digital tools. She holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School.
