Our services
1. Live Learning
We partner with Live Learning Ltd, whose methodology for gaining a deep understanding of a specific sector in a particular market are week-long experiences, individually curated to allow participants to escape the boardroom and experience digital economies first-hand.
2. In-person Conferences
Traditional 2-3 day venue based events which Caribou Digital manage from conception, through to execution including event planning, venue sourcing, invitation letters, event marketing, speaker management, guest management, supplier management and on-site event execution.
Our approach
Our events team ensures that detailed 1:1 consultations are conducted to understand the learning goals and objectives of the client. Once we’re in complete alignment, we will proceed with plans – checking in regularly along the way to ensure we stay agile and respond to requests and changes as and when they come along.
In-person events
Digital Transformation Forum, Accion
Hosted in London, this was a three day conference sponsored by Accion and the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth on the need for digitally enabled financial services and how their work has digitally transformed micro and small businesses at scale. There were 200+ attendees and the event was live streamed to thousands more. The three days were made up of plenaries, fireside chats, keynotes, breakout groups, cocktail events and dinners at some of London’s most sought after restaurants.

Live Learning
Your experience
- An experiential day: experience the morning as a consumer and the afternoon as a micro-business owner, try out the main apps and services available, and speak to customers – all while exploring the city, soaking up the culture, politics and history
- Company meetings as small groups: meetings at company’s offices let you soak up the vibe of the business & meet more of the teams. Depending on the focus of the trip, we meet a mix of founders, C-level staff & those who are closer to the users, like product managers, UX designers & marketing staff. There are typically 2 – 3 parallel meeting tracks so participants can choose meetings that best suit their interests. Meeting notes are shared by our team the following morning.
- Fireside chats: informal pre-dinner chats with thought leaders. Speakers join us for dinner afterwards so bi-lateral conversations can continue.
- Visit to a rural area: the last day of each trip has participants see how digital products are playing out in rural areas, and explore the different challenges and opportunities experienced by rural populations
- Optional adventure: every trip weaves in optional excursions that help to explore the local context. Previous excursions have included hiking a volcano, visiting ancient ruins, kayak fishing with crab fishermen selling via e-commerce
