Adrine Muhura is Partner Engagement Manager for the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Learning Partnership at Caribou Digital. She is responsible for nurturing relationships with the leaders of digital-first service providers across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia and distilling practice-informed knowledge on the business models and practices that scale and improve women’s income, livelihoods and agency, through digital technologies and markets. Adrine has a strong background in marketing, strategy, gender inclusion, digital and financial services and stakeholder engagement among other key business areas having previously worked with Brac International as a gender mainstreaming consultant, GSMA as a Connected Women engagement manager, Safaricom PLC as Mpesa and Safaricom Brand Manager, Nestle EAR managing the culinary brand, Reckitt Benckiser as a Regional Sales Manager and Dettol Brand Manager and Brookside LTD as a project coordinator. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from Africa Nazarene University and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
