Chiara Pasquini

Measurement & Impact Manager

Chiara is a Measurement & Impact Manager with a quantitative background who has used research methodologies on a variety of topics going from economic inclusion in Uganda, to child labor in Ethiopia, financial inclusion in Ghana and women empowerment in Afghanistan. She has worked for four years on randomized controlled trials in developing countries, mostly with universities and Innovations for Poverty Action, gaining plenty of field and measurement experience. For the last four years she has been a consultant for the World Bank and other international organizations, using data to inform planning, implementation, and policy, and developing thematic expertise in social protection, jobs, gender and child protection. She is passionate about gender and brings experience in designing and assessing projects for girls and women empowerment in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Chiara is based in Italy but spends a few months every year in Uganda. Chiara holds a Bachelor and MSc in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
