Janet is Senior Insights Manager for Strive Community program, which will empower five million small businesses to survive and grow by going digital. For the last decade, Janet has worked in digital finance and mobile technology to drive positive change in emerging markets. Prior to joining Caribou Digital, Janet consulted for a variety of development organizations and private sector companies. She also spent six years at the GSMA, leading the insights management for the Mobile Money Programme and working within the wider Mobile for Development. Janet holds a Masters in Media, Communication and International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of King's College. Janet is based in Toronto.
