"Caribou Space, a program run by Caribou Digital, has given me the opportunity to combine two of my greatest interests, sustainable development and space applications. Although seemingly very distant from each other, these two worlds are actually interconnected, and Caribou Space gives us the opportunity to show this to everyone in a solid way."

Giulia is Manager, Space and Climate at Caribou Space, run by Caribou Digital. She has a Bachelor degree in International Development and a Masters in International Economics. She became passionate about the world of space after winning a scholarship for a post-degree Master in Space Policies and Institutions, at the Italian Society of International Organizations (SIOI). After a six-month internship at the Italian Space Agency in the International Relations Unit, she was again selected to win a scholarship to attend the Master of Space Studies at the International Space University (ISU) in Strasbourg, where she graduated in 2021. Previously, Giulia has worked at the International Fund for Agricultural Development and at Global Action, a non-profit organisation that aims at bringing students closer to the world of diplomacy and sustainable development issues. Giulia is based in Italy.
