Jen is Senior Director of People & Culture at Caribou Digital. Jen is an experienced FCIPD HR Consultant, facilitator and qualified Executive Coach, working closely with the Caribou Digital teams to develop their people and culture. She has led a number of transformational programmes that have created and delivered innovative and forward thinking HR strategies, achieving both internal and external recognition such as Top 5 Great Places to Work and Britain's Healthiest Workplace. She has spoken at a number of HR events and is a judge for the Business Culture Awards. Previous to Caribou Digital, Jen worked across FMCG, Technology, Retail and Travel sectors holding HRD roles within Unilever, Lindt and Virgin Atlantic. She enjoys bringing clarity and focus to her work with creative, energy/fun and pragmatic ideas to help transform and build great workplaces. Based in the UK, a mother of two teenagers and a fan of the outdoors, you can often find her kayaking, playing tennis or cycling.
