Fernanda Matsinhe is a Measurement & Impact Manager for the learning partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, and the Strive Community. Her experience spans both the private and international development sectors, working at the intersection of impact measurement and digital development. She has extensive experience across diverse sectors, including education, agriculture, and workforce development, as well as expertise in topics such as digital inclusion, e-commerce, and youth development. Fernanda holds a BSc in Telecom Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in China (her Mandarin skills are still impressive) and an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
